The Highland Dancers' Association has been running this full day event for over 45 years and as you can imagine there are many volunteer hours and costs associated with this incredibly special day for our Ontario dancers. Highland Wellness and Strength is a traveling service that will provide a variety of classes at your studio.

 

Highland Wellness and Strength was created by Laura Donlan, a long time highland dancer and physical therapist. Laura has been competing in highland dancing since the age of 8 and has competed throughout the United States, Canada and Scotland. She has competed at 23 consecutive United States Championships and has qualified for the World Championships numerous times. ...

Helping a Highland Dance Community Member

It is with sadness that we tell you that community member and friend Tara Breeze and her family lost their home in a fire yesterday (May 23rd, 2015). We have put together a fundraising campaign via Go Fund Me to raise money to help her family rebuild.
