The Highland Dancers' Association has been running this full day event for over 45 years and as you can imagine there are many volunteer hours and costs associated with this incredibly special day for our Ontario dancers. Highland Wellness and Strength is a traveling service that will provide a variety of classes at your studio.


Highland Wellness and Strength was created by Laura Donlan, a long time highland dancer and physical therapist. Laura has been competing in highland dancing since the age of 8 and has competed throughout the United States, Canada and Scotland. Calling All Dancers! Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo Auditions

The Highland Dance Team is now accepting applications from Premier level dancers interested in taking part in the show.

Tattoo performances run from June 29 to July 6. Dancers must be available to perform everyday. Please note that four of these shows are matinees. Full day practices are expected to commence on June 23. All dancers are expected to be in attendance by this date.
